Virtual Reality is allowing designers to push the boundaries of visualisation.
In the future we may use virtual movement to create our designs, providing an immediate feel for the space.
Williams Lester are investing in Virtual Reality and are consequently excited to share its opportunities.
Therefore, on 26th April 2017 we held the first of our BIM events at Bartley Lodge, Cadnam.
Williams Lester 30th Anniversary BIM Events.
Valued clients and consultants from the construction industry were invited to have a first hand experience of Virtual Reality.
We partnered with WFBA Consulting Engineers who worked with us on the featured Ringwood Arts Centre project.
Ringwood Arts Centre.
This £7 million project will replace the existing Greyfriars Activities Building in Ringwood.

Chris Hobbs from Graitec introduced the world of BIM.
James Green from Williams Lester outlined the most noteworthy opportunities for designers using Virtual Reality.
Steve Hollick from WF Brown Associates presented the collaborative opportunities provided by new technologies.
Experiencing Virtual Reality.
The highlight of the evening was the opportunity to put on the goggles and step inside the Ringwood Arts Centre.
In addition, QR codes were available to scan on mobile phones.
These were placed inside portable goggles allowing guests to view panoramas of parts of the Arts Centre.
