Williams Lester is an established RIBA Chartered Practice with an expanding portfolio of diverse work across the south of England. Located in Ringwood, Hampshire, we operate from a modern open plan office with a friendly and inclusive studio environment.
Working primarily within the residential, age care and conservation sectors, WLA place strong emphasis on design and creativity. Design innovation is supported with robust and technically accurate construction information, delivered using the latest Building Information Modelling (BIM) software.
Your New Role
Working alongside Project Architects and Senior Technologists you will produce technical design packages using Autodesk Revit in a collaborative project environment. The practice is engaged across all work stages from concept to completion so you will experience a varied and enjoyable working day across projects as diverse as bespoke private houses to a community arts centre.
What You’ll Need
You will have at least 3 years post qualification experience and will be able to demonstrate:
- a strong understanding of technical detailing and a passion for solving technically challenging problems,
- a working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations,
- excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation and interpersonal skills,
- proficiency in Revit an asset but training will be given,
- be a member of CIAT or holding a CIAT accredited/approved degree.
