Williams Lester Architects are looking for an Architect
We are happy to announce that we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative Architect to join our team in Ringwood, Hampshire. The increase of our workload has created the opportunity to bring a new member into the Williams Lester family.
Williams Lester Architects is an established, growing practice, with an expanding portfolio of diverse work across the south of England. Our principal areas of expertise are in the residential, retirement living, conservation and masterplanning sectors. We operate a motivated and experienced professional team, placing strong emphasis on design and creativity. Design innovation is supported with project delivery using BIM software in a collaborative project environment.
Candidates should ideally have 5+ years post-qualification experience. Confidence to engage well with clients and ability to progress new projects from inception will be a key requirement. Applicants will also need to meet the following criteria:
- design flair, innovation and creativity,
- excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation and interpersonal skills,
- a good understanding of current UK Planning and Building Regulation procedures,
- proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (desirable but training will be given), Photoshop, InDesign,
- ability to manage own time effectively to meet project deadlines,
- current experience in all project work stages.
